• Final Quotes: Any estimate provided through this website is strictly preliminary. A final, binding quote is only established after a site consultation and, where necessary, an engineering review and/or a Geotechnical Report.
• Subsurface Variance: We reserve the right to adjust quotes or installation plans if a Geotechnical Report or on-site torque testing reveals subsurface conditions (such as undocumented fill or extreme soil instability) that were not apparent during the initial consultation.
